All objects are crafted by hand in small quantities.
To keep our environmental footprint low all material used for packaging are recycled. We encourage you to re-use it further. We do not use plastics.
All printed matter is thoughtful considered and printed with non-toxic ink.
Consumers are responsible for any customs or additional VAT fees they might encounter before receiving the goods. HAUS IKI has no control over customs and import tax and can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to HAUS IKI, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days from Berlin, Germany through DHL or HERMES. Please note that due to a small batch and handmade method of production, time can vary slightly.
Orders for EU destinations are delivered within 2-5 working days from dispatch.
For the rest of the world please allow us up to 6-8 working days for delivery.

Return | Refund
In the unlikely event that your order arrives broken, damaged or faulty please contact us via email at info[AT]haus-iki[DOT]com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. All domestic shipments are conducted through DHL or HERMES in line with domestic shipping and insurance policies, the receiver may be required to present the broken article along with its original packing at a german DHL or Hermes branch so a damage report may be conducted and a refund or a replacement processed. We will provide all the relevant information and instructions for this process via email once you have emailed me about your damaged or broken item. For international orders, broken or damaged during transit we will make a claim on your behalf and arrange a refund or replacement.
